I am a full-stack software developer, technology entrepreneur, and Co-founder of Cypher Tech, a technology company based in Syria. I help businesses and institutions turn complex operational needs into practical software and AI-powered solutions.

My experience spans web and mobile development, CRM and ERP systems, customer engagement, business automation, telecommunications, and network infrastructure. I combine technical expertise with an understanding of business operations to build products that improve customer experience, simplify daily work, and deliver measurable results.

At Cypher Tech, we develop custom software, web and mobile applications, networking solutions, call center systems, and AI assistants. My recent work includes omnichannel CRM platforms that bring WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram conversations into one workspace, supported by workflow automation and operational analytics.

I also develop practical AI demonstrations that showcase our ability to build solutions for businesses and institutions. These include document analysis, knowledge search, business insights, and workflow automation, as well as AI executive assistants that support correspondence, scheduling, research, quotations, and reporting. This work demonstrates how we can adapt AI technologies to each client’s operational needs.
